The booking calendar shows real-time availability at Rua das Flores 47, Porto. Morning slots on Tuesday and Thursday fill fastest — weekday afternoons are usually open.
You’ll get an SMS with the groomer’s name, address pin, and a 15-minute arrival window. No app to download. Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the slot.
Prices reflect the smallest coat size. Tighter, longer or mat-prone coats add time and are quoted honestly when you book — never at pickup.
Our two groomers — Inês and Miguel — came to curly dogs through their own Toy Poodle and Cavapoo, respectively. They’ve groomed over 3,400 sessions in Porto and both still pick up a slicker brush at home every Sunday evening. The studio takes no more than four dogs per day. That’s intentional.
Every service is quoted before the dog goes on the table. If we find something that will push the time or price — a hidden mat behind the ear, badly overgrown nails — we call before we continue. The appointment runs on your schedule, not ours.
